Comprehensive Intro Session
2 hour dive deep into the nitty gritty of the hormonal cycles, the Justisse charting guidelines and how to observe your fertility signs throughout the day. We will also go through an in-depth health history, get clear on your fertility intentions (which can change), and how those intentions will inform the way you approach your charting journey.
1:1 Client Follow-up
All about you and how you’re feeling with your charting. We will review your charting practice, confidence and competence with accurately charting your fertility signs, and practicing your fertility awareness based on your original or changing intentions. And, of course, address any questions or concerns that may have come up along the way.
